To request an onscreen demo test for use; either with the Pearson Onscreen Platform (LAN/Offline/Online) or the FS Digital Test Player, please create a case including the following information:
- The date you would like to deliver the test(s)
- The amount of tests required
- Confirmation of whether this is to test the Pearson Onscreen Platform (LAN/Offline/Online) or the Functional Skills Digital Test Player
A Customer Service Specialist will confirm your request within two working days.
Demo tests can take up to two hours to show on the system once they have been booked although in most cases they should appear much quicker.
Please note that once arranged, a demo test can be run at any time from 00:00 to 23:59 on the date that it has been booked for.
