Why am I unable to view my onscreen test bookings on the Administrator Dashboard  or the Pearson Assessor Dashboard (PAD)?
FAQ

Onscreen on-demand tests should appear on the Administrator Dashboard or the Pearson Assessor Dashboard (PAD) when you are within 96 hours of the scheduled start time.

If you have been unable to book the test in advance, please be aware it can take up to 2 hours for any same-day bookings to appear available.

If your booking is still not visible after 2 hours, please create a case, and a Customer Services Specialist will investigate the issue and provide an update to you within two working days.
