How do I set-up my Online Account?
To set up an online iPay account, please follow the steps below:
- To request access to iPay, please click here and select 'Register Here':
- You will need:
-
- Your customer account number/s or an invoice number
- A valid email address.
Please note: When requesting access to a company account, the email address you supply should not be a public domain address, i.e. Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc. Please also remember to tell us when you no longer require access to an account, i.e. if you move employment or change role. Your customer account number and invoice number can be found in the upper right-hand corner of your invoice. Please note, the account number is not your centre or test number.
Once approved, the email address entered will be your username when logging into iPay.
- In the 'Identifying Using' drop-down field, select either 'Customer Number' or 'Invoices' and enter the appropriate information in the value field. Click 'Next':
- Select 'All locations' and click 'Next':
Tip: You may see several ‘location’ options. By choosing 'All locations', you’ll be able to see your full account details, including any subsites. More than one authorised person can access all locations. Your regular monthly statement also pulls through information from the ‘all locations’ line.
- Enter the following information:
- Your first name,
- Last name,
- Phone number (country code required in the following format UK = 44, please do not include + or 00).
- Enter a password (must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one number and one letter and no-repeat characters.)
This password will be used to log into the iPay system once access is granted.
Once all the required information has been provided, click 'Next':
- Review the details that you have entered. Review and accept the 'Terms and Conditions', and click 'Submit':
- You should see the confirmation 'Your registration request was submitted successfully. You will receive a notice by email concerning your request':
- Once you have completed the registration, Pearson will review your request and email you within 48 hours to validate and confirm your log in details.
The iPay website can be accessed here.
