Using the Vocational Qualifications (VQ) Learner Tracker to identify learners with missing assessment entries

How can I use the VQ Learner Tracker to identify BTEC and Tech Award learners with missing entries? 

Please note: The VQ Learner Tracker is updated daily, so any actions you complete on Edexcel Online will not reflect until the next day. For EDI files, the updates will show on the VQ Learner Tracker the day after the file has been successfully processed. Please see the 'last update' time stamp in the top right corner of the VQ Learner Tracker for more information.

As a member of your centre's Exams staff, you can log into Progress to access the VQ Learner Tracker using your Edexcel Online details. If you do not have access, please get in touch with our Customer Services team, who can arrange this. A general guide on the VQ Learner Tracker can be found here

1. Once logged in, select the 'VQ Learner Tracker' module:
   
2. You can then view the Registrations screen to review your learners. The easiest way to show learners with missing entries is to click 'Filter' near the top.
   Please note: if you cover multiple locations or sites, please ensure you have selected the correct subsite.
   
3. When the filter list appears, select 'Academic year 2024/25' under 'End Year' and 'Registrations missing assessment entries' under 'Assessment Entries'.  You will be able to see how many leaners will be filtered before clicking 'Apply' to view these:
   
4. Any learners with missing entries will now be displayed, along with those specific units required in the 'Missing Assessment Entries' column:
   
   Please take note of the data update date and time in the upper right-hand side. The VQ Learner Tracker is updated daily, but If you have recently made entries or amendments via Edexcel Online or EDI, those changes may not have been processed in time to show here:
