To track your replacement certificate application visit our tracking page here.
You will have received a tracking code in the confirmation email of your application. If you haven't received a confirmation email:
- Check to see if it has been delivered in your spam folders
- Check if you have entered the correct email address on your application
To track your application, please follow the steps below;
- On the tracking page, enter the tracking number of your replacement certificate application in the 'Check status of request' text box
- Click on the 'GO' button
The current status of your request is displayed in the first new line of text.
You will also find a description of all the statuses an application can have.
If you can't find your tracking code, please create a new case so one of our Learner Support Specialists can investigate.
