To track your replacement certificate application visit our tracking page here.
You will have received a tracking code in the confirmation email of your application. If you haven't received a confirmation email:

  • Check to see if it has been delivered in your spam folders
  • Check if you have entered the correct email address on your application

To track your application, please follow the steps below;

  1. On the tracking page, enter the tracking number of your replacement certificate application in the 'Check status of request' text box
  2. Click on the 'GO' button

The current status of your request is displayed in the first new line of text.
You will also find a description of all the statuses an application can have.

If you can't find your tracking code, please create a new case so one of our Learner Support Specialists can investigate.
