Third-Party Confirmation
If you require an electronic confirmation or PDF to be sent to a third party, please ensure you provide their email address in the additional information field when completing the application.
For us to provide a PDF copy/verification of a replacement certificate, we will search for the records, order the certificate to print, and then scan the replacement certificate.
We can also provide a letter stating that the replacement certificate is authentic to accompany the PDF copy of the replacement certificate. Please tell us in the application's additional information area if this is required.
