Can I get a copy of my exam paper?
Candidates can request a copy of their exam paper by contacting the centre where they took the exam.

Can I get my coursework back?
All coursework will be returned to your centre once the post-results period has finished.

Can I have my coursework re-moderated?
Re-moderation of coursework is possible; however, this can only be requested by the centre because any changes can affect all candidates.
The original sample of several learner's work will be sent to be re-moderated, and the outcome can result in marks going up, down, or remaining the same.

Candidates can request for the marking of an exam paper to be reviewed by contacting the centre where they took the exam.

How many UCAS points is my qualification worth?
UCAS points for Pearson qualifications are allocated by UCAS. You can find out more on the UCAS website using their ‘Tariff Calculator’.

Unhappy with post-results service outcome
Centres and private candidates can appeal against the outcome of an EAR; the details of how to do this can be found on our website here.
Private candidates must ensure they have grounds for appeal and understand the appeals process by reading all information on the web page.

What are my results?
We are unable to confirm any results (or any other personal data) directly to students, parents, or carers. Students will need to contact their centre to obtain their results.

When will I get my certificate?
Academic (such as GCSEs and A levels): Certificates are released a few weeks after the post-results period has ended. The exact dates are listed in the Key Dates section of the Information Manual.
Vocational (such as BTECs): Depending on the qualification type, certificates are either released in line with Academic certificates, or are printed within a week of being requested by the centre (providing all checks have been passed).

When will my results go to UCAS?
Providing you have already applied for University through UCAS before completion of your qualification, we will send your results to UCAS automatically from the day results are released.
We continue to send updated files to UCAS until after the post-results period has been completed, to ensure any grade changes are communicated to them.
