There could be different reasons why results are missing, including:

the candidate is ineligible for an award (missing units)
-
the candidate has an 'Unclassified' (U) result
-
the candidate has not sat an exam
-
the award wasn't cashed In (for legacy specs only)
-
the candidate has more than one UCI number
If any of the above apply, please create a case and include all exam series the candidate sat, candidate details and any missing cash in codes.
For any UCI issues we will need both the incorrect and correct UCI numbers to merge them together. You will receive an update on the case within two working days.
