If you have completed an application you can use the tracking request link to see how your application has progressed. We will only change the status of your request when we start to process your application. This can be at the later stages of the 20 day window.
We would thank you for your patience whilst we process your order and ask that where possible you do not contact us to request progress updates, unless you need to provide us with further information.
Timeframes for the services:
We aim to start the provision of the Services immediately upon confirming acceptance of your order, and to fulfil your request within the timeframe published on our website. These are:
- Replacement Certificate Standard Service – 20 working days
- Replacement Certificate Priority Service – 5 working days (Pearson reserves the right to suspend the priority service (without any prior notice) during peak periods).
- Statement of Equivalence – 30 working days
However, you should note that the published timeframes is an estimate only, and there may be certain busy periods in the year when it may take longer.
Please note, once the certificate has been ordered, it can take between 3-5 days to dispatch after the timeframes above.
If you do not have a tracking number, please create a case record including the following details:
- Your Name (as printed on the certificate)
- Application date (when your application was submitted)
- Award Title (which qualification/subject the certificate should show)
