I have not received my replacement certificates, even though I have completed an application.

If you have completed an application you can use the tracking request link to see how your application has progressed. We will only change the status of your request when we start to process your application. This can be at the later stages of the 20 day window.

We would thank you for your patience whilst we process your order and ask that where possible you do not contact us to request progress updates, unless you need to provide us with further information.

Please note, once the certificate has been ordered, it can take between 3-5 days to dispatch.

If you do not have a tracking number, please create a case record including the following details:

  • Your Name (as printed on the certificate)
  • Application date (when your application was submitted)
  • Award Title (which qualification/subject the certificate should show)

A Customer Services Specialist will respond within 2 working days.
