Please note: that the temporary process for ad-hoc collections (where centres did not have to book ad hoc collections themselves between April and July) will come to an end on 1st August 2026.
The collections booking process will revert to the usual arrangements from 1st August 2026, although there will be a new online collection booking system.

Centres can book ad hoc collections by calling the Parcelforce Worldwide exams helpdesk on 0344 561 7998 and from 1st August will be able to book collections online here: https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems.
