Upcoming exam series dispatch information
January 2025
The yellow label service will be in place for this BTEC series for centres in England to exam return scripts. You can expect to start receiving labels for the January 2025 exam series as follows:
- BTEC exams - You can expect to receive labels (attendance registers and learner place cards) from Monday 25 November.
For the return of Edexcel Award exams, a white label will be provided to return exams but centres must arrange and pay for their own tracked post / courier service to return scripts as Edexcel Award is not covered by the yellow label service:
- Edexcel Award exams - You can expect to receive labels (and attendance registers) from Monday 2 December.

February 2025
The yellow label service will be in place for this BTEC series for centres in England to exam return scripts. You can expect to start receiving labels for the February 2025 exam series as follows:
- BTEC exams - You can expect to receive labels (attendance registers and learner place cards) from Tuesday 07 January.

March 2025
The yellow label service will be in place for this BTEC series for centres in England to exam return scripts. You can expect to start receiving labels for the March 2025 exam series as follows:
- BTEC exams - You can expect to receive labels (attendance registers and learner place cards) from Monday 10 February.

After the assessment is over and you have the required labels to return your parcels, please book a collection via the Parcelforce web portal.
