The yellow label service will be in place for this summer series for centres in England to return scripts. Please read the yellow label service guidance for exams officers on the government website.
You can expect to start receiving labels (and attendance registers) for the Summer 2026 exam series from week commencing 20th April 2026.
If you are missing a label, please see the article - Missing Parcelforce Exam Paper Labels for obtaining replacements
Centres can book ad hoc collections by calling the Parcelforce Worldwide exams helpdesk on 0344 561 7998.
Please note: for summer 2026 exams between April and June, the online booking system will not be available and you do not need to call the Parcelforce exams helpdesk to arrange a collection. Instead, Parcelforce will automatically attend your centre on the next working day following each exam sitting (between 9am and 4pm). The following bank holiday arrangements apply:
- Friday 1 May will be the last collection day before the Early May bank holiday – collections resume from Tuesday 5 May
- Friday 22 May will be the last collection day before the Spring bank holiday – collections resume Tuesday 26 May, which will be the last scheduled collection before the May half term break
- Monday 2 June will be the first collection day after the May half term break
- If you require an additional collection between Wednesday 27 May and Friday 29 May, please call the Parcelforce exams helpdesk on 0344 561 7998
