Issue
I see an error when trying to sign in to the support portal:
Single Sign-On Error: We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.

Please note: This error may be experienced by users who have created their own account and are trying to sign in when they have not yet verified their email address. Please check your email inbox for the verification email we sent and complete the verification steps before attempting to sign in again.

If you see the error message shown above in any other circumstance, please send an email containing the following pieces of information:

  • Your username
  • Your email address
  • The URL/web address of the page- showing the error
  • A screenshot of the error message
  • A brief description of what you were attempting to do when the error occurred

Please ensure you send your email to the most relevant email address as per those listed below:

A Customer Services Specialist will resolve this for you and respond within 2 working days.
