How to access PAAO
1. To sign in, please go to https://edexcelonline.pearson.com; you will be asked to enter your usual Edexcel Online credentials, and once you click sign in, a verification code will be sent to the Pearson Authenticator app.
For further information, including downloading the app to your mobile device and using it to complete the sign-in process. Please see Pearson Portal Authenticator for details.
2. You will then be directed to the EOL home page:
3. Select 'Access Arrangements Online' from the menu on the left side of the page:
4. Click the link 'Pearson Access Arrangements Online' from the bottom of the page:

How to find an access arrangement application
1. Within the 'Quick links' section of the PAAO home page click on the 'Find access arrangement application' box
2. Use the drop-down menu to select a search category; in the text box, type in the application number, then click on the spyglass to find the application:
3. To see the application summary, click on the application reference, where you can check the application status and view the awarding body referral outcome:
4. If you have referred an application, then you will need to click on the 'View Awarding Body Referral Outcome' button:
5. Please note: that our teams must check each referred application. It can take up to 5 days for the application to be reviewed. Application deadlines can be seen below.
You can also print off the outcome showing the decision as input by Pearson:

Deadline dates for Access Arrangement applications for 2024/2025 exams
Centres are not allowed to proceed with arrangements without prior approval from Pearson.
