What each profile does/functionality:

| Basic Access | Allows users to perform searches on candidate entries. |
| Registrations And Entries | Allows users to register candidates and make entries for all qualifications. |
| Results | Allows the user to view results from the 'Electronic Results Day', and also download results reports. |
| Post Results | Allows the user to create new Post Results enquiries and track existing ones for all qualifications. |
| Invoice Enquiries | Allows the user to search for, view and download invoice information. |
| Special Considerations | Allows Users to access the Special Considerations system. |
