Please be aware that an Onscreen Testing Void Form can only be processed in cases where the candidate has experienced a technical fault that has prevented the completion of the test under normal conditions.

In some circumstances, your learner may have completed enough questions before they experienced the fault to potentially pass the exam.
In these cases, we would encourage you to await the test result to see if a resit is required, as you can apply for Special Considerations when affected by a technical fault.
Any void applications received where a technical fault was not experienced will not be processed.
