If you are unable to book an onscreen test, there could be a number of reasons preventing the booking.
Please check the following:
- Your centre holds approval for the qualification you are attempting to book
- You have candidates registered on to the programme you are trying to book
- You have sufficient access to Pearson systems to make test bookings
- The specific candidate has not already completed the unit you are attempting to book
- You have provided at least 2 hours between the current time and the time you are trying to book
- Any previous test bookings for your candidate that were not sat/attempted have been marked absent and uploaded
- If you get the message 'Promissor ID not valid', please ensure you have selected a venue e.g. 'Test taken at centre' or 'Offsite'
If you have checked the above and you are still unable to book your onscreen test, please create a case, and a Customer Services Specialist will investigate the issue and provide an update within two working days.
