Once your learners have been registered on the relevant programme and are ready to sit the test, you will need to make a booking. For an onscreen test, we require a minimum of 2 hours notice. Paper-based on-demand tests must be booked at least 14 days before the assessment.
This video demonstrates how to use Edexcel Online to book an onscreen test for Functional Skills and Digital Functional Skills.
Please note: at the 0.09-minute mark, the video instructs you to select 'BTEC'; this menu has now changed, and you should select 'BTEC & Functional Skills'.
Additionally, at the 0.14-minute mark, the menu option will now say 'Onscreen and On Demand Testing' instead of 'Onscreen Testing'.
