In this instance, please create a case record and request a merge of the assessments to enable generation of the overall grade.
Also in the case record, please include the following details:
Learner name
Learner registration numbers
Learner Unique Candidate Indicator (UCI) number (if applicable)
Test dates of each unit assessment
You should expect confirmation of the merge from a Customer Service Specialist within two working days.
