For any instances of alleged, suspected, or actual candidate malpractice, centres should fill out a JCQ/M1 form which can be found here; once completed, please email the form and supporting evidence to the Candidate Malpractice Processing team at candidatemalpractice@pearson.com. Letters on centre-headed paper will also be accepted, provided that they cover the same points as the form.
This process applies to candidate malpractice during an external assessment or coursework/internal assessment after the candidate has signed the authentication form. This applies to all qualifications, including GQ and VQ.
For any instances of malpractice for internal assessments where the candidate has not yet signed the declaration of authentication document, we do not need to be notified, and your centre should instead follow its own internal procedures.
