For any instances of alleged, suspected, or actual candidate malpractice, centres should fill out a JCQ/M1 form. All current JCQ forms can be located at https://www.jcq.org.uk/exams-office/malpractice/.
Once completed, please email the form and supporting evidence to the Candidate Malpractice Processing team at candidatemalpractice@pearson.com.
The only exception to the above is where potential candidate malpractice has been identified which relates to the content of internal assessments (i.e. inappropriate/offensive content, copying/collusion, plagiarism (including AI misuse) and/or false declaration of authentication) before a candidate has signed the declaration of authentication – such cases do not need to be reported to us and your centre should instead follow its own internal procedures.
