 
 
Level 1 and Level 2 Project
Grading and GCSE equivalence
The Project is graded A* to B at Level 1 and A* to C at Level 2. Both levels require 60 guided learning hours and there is a single unit entry for the Foundation and Higher Projects, which covers all potential outcomes.
Anything smaller than a full course GCSE cannot be included in the five A*-C headline measure. This means that the Pearson Edexcel Project still carries SCAAT points, but cannot be used towards this headline measure.
 
Pearson Edexcel Foundation Projects (Level 1)

Level 3 Project
Grading, UCAS points and A level equivalence
The Extended Project is graded A* to E and requires 120 guided learning hours. In terms of UCAS points status, Level 3 Project Qualifications are equivalent to half an A level.
