Late entry requiring a new paper
| If you have made a late entry or an amendment to an existing entry and need a new paper, please contact a Customer Services Specialist by creating a case record. They will arrange to have the exam paper delivered to your centre.
If the request is made close to the date of the exam taking place (a few days before), we may need to send the paper to you electronically through Secure File Transfer (SFT).
If this is the case, an email will be sent to the Exams Officer advising that they have been sent a file through SFT. The Exams Officers will need to log in to access this - if you have never used this service before, you will need to register an account via the link in your first delivery notification email. Please see Secure File Transfer (SFT) for support. |
Late entry NOT requiring a new paper
| |
If you have made a late entry or an amendment to an existing entry but do not need a new paper as you have enough already, please make the entry as usual and manually add the candidate name to the attendance register. The script can be returned as normal with the others after the exam.
If make an entry past a specific deadline, you will be charged a late fee or a high late fee accordingly.

Late fees explained
-
A late fee is double the original fee
-
A high late fee is triple the original entry fee
-
Amendment fees are double the cost of a unit or subject entry fee (in addition to the original entry fee).
Example: (not real fees)
IAL AS Biology
Normal fee = £50.00
Late fee = £50.00 (Original fee) + £50.00 (Late fee) = £100.00
High late fee = £50.00 (Original fee) + £100.00 (High late fee) = £150.00
Amendment fee = £50.00 (Original fee) + £50.00 (New entry fee) = £100.00
