If you are an International Centre and your centre's approval certificate has been lost or damaged, and you require a replacement certificate, please create a new case record giving details of the types of qualifications you have approval for, (Academic qualifications [GCSE, GCE, IAL]/ Vocational qualifications [BTEC]).
We will then arrange for a new approval certificate to be sent to you.
