In order to work offline, the 'Work Offline' function must be highlighted on the ribbon:
You know you’re working offline when 'Work Offline' is highlighted on the ribbon or 'Working Offline' appears on the status bar at the bottom of the Outlook window.

Functional Skills ICT is being replaced by a new qualification called Digital Functional Skills. The last registration date for Functional Skills ICT was the 31 August 2023 and the final external assessment and Standards Verification visit date is the 14 June 2024. The final certification date is the 31 August 2024. |
