Important information - Unidentified Exam Scripts
If your centre collects a completed exam script that does not include any identifying information—such as the candidate’s name, UCI (for general qualifications), or registration number (for vocational qualifications)—the correct process is to return the script as normal.
We will attempt to identify the candidate by comparing the script with others we have received from the centre.
Please ensure that:
- The script is returned with the rest of the cohort’s papers.
- A cover note is included with the returned script, providing any known details that may help us identify the candidate.
- The Exams Officer is informed so they can monitor follow-up communications.
