Exams: BTEC Learner Place Cards

How can I print off my own BTEC learner place cards?

Please note: BTEC learner place cards are not supplied for BTEC Tech Awards 2022 or any units that are submitted via Learner Work Transfer (LWT).

BTEC External Assessments submitted via Learner Work Transfer (LWT)

The learner's work for relevant selected externally-assessed units will need to be uploaded to LWT.

1. Log in to Edexcel Online:

2. Select 'BTEC & Functional Skills' from the drop-down box in the upper left corner of the page:

3. Select 'External Assessment' and then 'View/Amend Assessment Booking' from the menu on the left side of the page:

4. Select the 'Series', 'Programme' and 'Unit' from the available options in the 'Assessment Setup' box:

5. Select 'Count of Reg' next to the unit:

6. Add a 'tick' next to the learners that require place cards and then select 'Confirmation of Learner Entry':

7. You will now be able to download or directly print and cut out the individual learner place cards:
