Autumn 2024 exam series dispatch

You can expect to start receiving attendance registers and labels for:

  • International A Level from 16th September
  • iPLS from 23rd September
  • International GCSE from 7th October 

Labels

If you have not received your labels, please return all scripts to:
Pearson
Fretwell Road (off Hellaby Lane)

Please note: it is not required to return blank papers back to us. You may keep them locked away securely until after the exam session has finished.
These can then either be securely destroyed or used for future practice exams.

Attendance registers

Attendance registers will be sent out with labels, however, if you believe you have not received them, you may create your own from a spreadsheet or word document, or you can print a candidate list from Edexcel Online and make your own. You can do this by following the detailed instructions below.

Detailed Instructions

1. To sign in, please go to https://edexcelonline.pearson.com; you will be asked to enter your usual Edexcel Online credentials, and once you click sign in, a verification code will be sent to the Pearson Authenticator app. 
For further information, including downloading the app to your mobile device and using it to complete the sign-in process. Please see Pearson Portal Authenticator for details.

2. You will then be directed to the EOL home page:

3. Select the required qualification from the drop-down menu on the left:

4. Select 'Candidates' and then select 'Entry Confirmation Reports' from the menu on the left side of the page:

5. Select the exam session from the drop-down menu, then select 'Candidate list' and click 'Submit':

6. Once requested, this will appear in your Edexcel Online mailbox within 2 hours:
