January 2026 exam series:

You should start to receive your attendance registers and labels for IAL and Edexcel Award from Thursday 8 December.

Labels

If you have not received your labels, please return all scripts to:

It is not required to return blank papers back to us. You may keep them locked away securely until after the exam session has finished. These can then either be securely destroyed or used for future practice exams.

Attendance registers

Attendance registers will be sent out with labels, however, if you believe you have not received them, you may create your own from a spreadsheet or word document, or you can print a candidate list from Edexcel Online and make your own. You can do this by following the below instructions.

Creating attendance registers

1. To sign in, please go to https://edexcelonline.pearson.com; you will be asked to enter your usual Edexcel Online credentials, and once you click sign in, a verification code will be sent to the Pearson Authenticator app.
For further information, including downloading the app to your mobile device and using it to complete the sign-in process. Please see Pearson Portal Authenticator for details.

2. You will then be directed to the EOL home page:

3. Select the required qualification from the drop-down menu on the left:

4. Select 'Candidates' and then select 'Entry Confirmation Reports' from the menu on the left side of the page:

5. Select the exam session from the drop-down menu, then select 'Candidate list' and click 'Submit':

6. Once requested, this will appear in your Edexcel Online mailbox within 2 hours:

The stationery and materials list for upcoming exam series (available on our website) provides information on the stationery and equipment required for our general qualification examinations. The list is provided as a spreadsheet, which you can download and filter to your requirements.
