
You must have an Exam Room Incident Log at the front of every examination room to record any irregularities. If during an examination there is disruption, whether this is from a person within the exam room, a fire alarm, or maybe severe noise from outside of the exam room, it must be logged.
Please note: every centre must have a exam contingency plan in place. This plan advises what centres should do if exams or other assessments are seriously disrupted.
