If your address has recently changed, please ensure that we have the correct address by submitting a change of centre details form. To request the form, please open a new case record. You will receive the form within two working days.
Providing that the address changes have been confirmed before the entry deadline, we will send attendance registers and labels to the correct address.
If the changes are not updated until after the deadline, we cannot guarantee that registers and labels will be dispatched to the correct address. Please see the related articles below if this is the case, as you will need to request a replacement label and produce your own attendance register.
