If you receive your question papers from Pearson and the packaging appear to have been opened, we will need to be informed as a breach of security may have occurred.
| Please make a note of the consignment number on the package and then contact a Customer Services Specialist with this information immediately by telephone.
You will also be asked to take some photographs of the packaging as evidence, create a case and attach the photographs to the case. Once we have the necessary details from you, we will begin our investigation and update the case within two working days.
