Entries: Entry Deadlines (UK Centres)

*Learners who sat BTEC assessments in the January 2025 series can be re-entered for June exams after January results have been issued, and no late fees will be charged. The entry deadline for these learners is 28 March.

*Learners who sat BTEC assessments in the February 2025 series can be re-entered for June exams after February results have been issued, and no late fees will be charged. The entry deadline for these learners is 11 April.

*Learners who sat BTEC assessments in the March 2025 series can be re-entered for June exams after March results have been issued, and no late fees will be charged. The entry deadline for these learners is 2 May.

Note: Edexcel Award entries open 05 September 2025 (no basedata available). Level 1 and 2 Projects and Level 3 Extended project (EPQ) basedata issued 05 September 2025. BTEC basedata issued 05 September 2025.

Important Information

If you are having difficulties meeting the entry deadline, for example your MIS has crashed, please contact us on eprocessing@pearson.com and we will support your entry submission process.

Please submit entries using Edexcel Online or EDI. Edexcel Online is available for use from the time that the basedata is released for a particular examination series.

Vocational Qualifications Registration

Registrations for vocational qualifications that follow the academic year should be made by 1 November 2025. Registrations made after this date will be subject to late fees.

Learners must be registered for BTEC qualifications before external assessment entries can be submitted. Registered learners are not automatically entered for external assessments, so you will need to make unit entries for the appropriate examination series.
