Late fees explained
'Late fees' - any entries made after the entries deadline will be charged double fees (late fees). 'Higher late fees' - any entries made from the higher fees date will be charged at a triple fee (high late fee).
If you are experiencing a 'Your centre is blocked' error message when making entries, please ensure that any outstanding invoices are paid, and then request our Credit control team to unblock your account.
Private Candidates
Private candidates are candidates taking a qualification without being enrolled full-time in a centre. They are responsible for their own entries, which must be made through an approved centre. Some qualifications contain conditions for non-examined assessment, coursework and internally assessed components. These conditions must be met by a centre to make an entry for a private candidate. If the conditions cannot be met, the centre should not make an entry for a private candidate. For a full list of qualifications and private candidate eligibility, please refer to our website.
