How can I check if my EDI file has been processed?

You can check if your EDI file has been processed by looking on Edexcel Online.

Please follow the below-detailed instructions.

Detailed Instructions

1. Select Tracking, then View EDI messages:

2. Locate the file name, and on the right side of the table, it will advise you of the status:

At busier times of the year, it may take up to 48 hours for your EDI files to be processed. 
If you concerned about the status, please contact a Customer Services Specialist by creating a case record, you will receive an update within two working days.
