Please download the Extenuating Circumstances form provided below, once complete, send it to the EPA Delivery team at epacustomerservices@pearson.com. It usually takes 1-2 working days to process this request but, in some instances, may take up to 5 working days.

Extenuating Circumstances Request v1.4 [DOCX Download]

Extenuating Circumstances should be used for instances that have prevented the apprentice from undertaking any component of their EPA. This can include, but is not limited to:
 

  • Injury or illness (e.g. sports injury; COVID-19)

  • Long absence (e.g. maternity leave; hospital stay)

  • Family emergency (e.g. bereavement)

  • Change of employment circumstances
