Re-sits can be requested for each learner from ACE360. Once a re-sit has been requested, Pearson will consider the EPA request and either accept or reject the request.
If the request is rejected, and the fail grade is confirmed, the Lead IQA will notify you via email why the re-sit request was rejected. If accepted, you will need to request the re-sit to be assessed for the EPA component the apprentice previously failed through the booking tool.
Please note: some standards only have a limited amount of re-sits available, please refer to the Pearson EPA specification or the assessment plan available on the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education website.
