My training provider has scheduled my EPA knowledge test, but I have not received any emails from Rogo.

Before contacting Pearson, please check your junk/spam email folders as the emails issued by Rogo may get flagged as junk/spam by your email provider. You may need to ask your IT department to whitelist the no-reply@rogo.email email address.
If you still have not received either your Welcome to Rogo email or the EPA Knowledge Test Booking Confirmation email, please contact epatestdelivery@pearson.com with your name and email address where a member of the team can manually reset your password.
Please note: The option to create a password is only valid for 24 hours from the date & time of the welcome email being received. If you are unable to create a password after this time, please use the forgotten password option from the login screen to reset your password instead.
