End-point Assessment: Provider/Assessor Contact

• I have registered apprentices on ACE360 and submitted a booking request but I have not heard from you.
• When will an assessor be in touch to schedule the EPA?

Providing the apprentice has been Approved for EPA and an EPA request has been submitted using the booking & scheduling tool in ACE360. An IEA (Independent End-Point Assessor) will be in contact with the apprentice and employer to undertake a pre-assessment planning meeting.

Please note this will be prior to the EPA date chosen in the booking & scheduling tool, to discuss and confirm EPA processes, logistics and requirements, etc.
