Important
Effective from 01 August 2025, the following terminology will change as outlined in Annex B of the Apprenticeship Funding Rules 2025-2026 document:
- Apprenticeship Assessment will replace End-Point Assessment
- Assessment Organisation will replace End-Point Assessment Organisation
- Gateway to Completion will replace Gateway
All the appropriate guidance documents and support will be updated in due course to reflect these changes. Please ensure to use the correct terms when searching for support.
Before you can create apprentice records, please ensure you have an account and are linked to Pearson as the chosen EPAO (End-Point Assessment Organisation).
You will need to purchase tokens directly from ACE360 to create apprentice records which is £7.50 + VAT per apprentice.
Once you have available tokens in ACE360 you can proceed to create apprentice records and assign the appropriate apprenticeship standard.
Please note: it is important for the Expected Gateway Date to be as accurate as possible since the EPA Delivery team uses this to forecast IEA (Independent End-Point Assessor) availability.
If an apprentice's expected gateway date changes, please ensure this is reflected and updated in ACE360.
