Once the booking has been accepted by the allocated IEA (Independent End-point Assessor), the status will change from Pending to Confirmed in ACE360. You can see the change in status by using the booking tool dashboard.
Presently, there is no notification system within ACE360 to inform whether a booking has been confirmed. Further details and guidance on bookings, can be found here.
*If you wish to be notified of communication between the apprentice, assessor, and key employer contact, please use the Additional Notes field when creating a booking in ACE360.
