ACE360 Refund Policy for Apprentice 'Withdrawals'.png

If an apprentice record is withdrawn on ACE360 within 90 days of their start date (as input to ACE360), then the system will automatically credit one token back to you. 

To withdraw an apprentice record, open the apprentice’s record and select the Actions button. 
If the Actions button is not visible, then the function is not available for this record, i.e. they are already at the Grade Determined stage.
