| Centre Administration | Allows the user to create new user accounts and modify/delete existing ones. |
| Form Queries | Allows users to view and respond to BTEC form queries. |

| BTEC/NVQ Achievement Reporting | Allows the user to claim awards and submit unit achievement for Vocational programmes. |
| BTEC/NVQ basedata download | Allows users to order and download EDI basedata for centre-approved Vocational programmes. |
| Secure Download Service | Allows the user to access Gold padlock materials on the https://qualifications.pearson.com website, and secure examination papers during exam seasons. |
| Post Results | Allows the user to create new Post Results enquiries and track existing ones for all qualifications. |
| Online Approvals | Allows the user to request approval for Vocational courses. |
| ResultsPlus | Allows the user to log in to and access information on ResultsPlus. |
| Invoice Enquiries | Allows the user to search for, view and download invoice information. |
| Licenced Registration | Allows the user to access the Licenced Registration menus. |
| Pearson Assured | Allows the user to access the Pearson Assured Entry/Registration and Certification menus. |
