Once you have made a claim, you can check the status and download a report through Edexcel Online. Please follow the step by step instructions below:
1. To sign in, please go to https://edexcelonline.pearson.com; you will be asked to enter your usual Edexcel Online credentials, and once you click sign in, a verification code will be sent to the Pearson Authenticator app.

2. You will then be directed to the EOL home page:
3. Select 'BTEC & Functional Skills' from the qualification drop-down box, hover over 'Candidates' and click on 'Claim Reporting':
4. You can enter a date search depending on how far back you want to search. Once you are happy, click on 'Submit':
5. You will now see all your candidates who have been claimed for. There are 3 categories, please see below:
Certificates Issued - All candidates who have been claimed for and are eligible will be listed here.
Certificates Pending - Any candidates who have been claimed for but are awaiting an eligibility check will be listed here.
Certificates Rejected - Any candidates who have been claimed for but are ineligible, or the SV report has not been passed will be listed here.
You also have the option to click on 'Confirmation Report' if you would like a printable version.
