Edexcel Online: BTEC Registration Transfers

How do I transfer a registration when a candidate changes their mind?

If your learner decides to change their BTEC course, then as long as you have not claimed any units or booked any external assessments, you can transfer them to an alternative course through either EDI or Edexcel Online.

For transfers via EDI, please generate an amendment file via your Management System, remove the programme code for the course the candidate is no longer completing and replace it with the new programme code and submit this to us via A2C. Our systems will then transfer the candidate to the new programme code.
