Once your claim has been entered, we will run eligibility checks to ensure the learner has achieved all the necessary unit requirements to be eligible for an award.
For schools and colleges, eligibility runs take place each weekend. For training providers, they take place each Wednesday and Saturday.
If the learner is eligible and there are no external assessments included, an overall grade will show on Edexcel Online the day after the eligibility has been run.
If external assessments are included, the overall grade may be delayed until the official results day for that assessment.
