To make EDI BTEC Registrations log in to Edexcel Online to download the registration basedata.

Basedata will be sent to your Edexcel Online mailbox within two hours and can be imported into your centre’s Management Information System (MIS).
Registrations can then be submitted via A2C.
Please note: If using an EDI file to withdraw a learner from a programme and re-register a learner on a different course, the withdrawal and re-registration would need to be processed on 2 separate files. Please instruct the withdrawal in your first file submission, and once processing has been confirmed, submit a second file to instruct the registration to the new programme.
If you need to transfer a learner between 2 courses, this can be done in a single file and does not require a withdrawal.
