If the centre is responsible
If a candidate’s work has been lost within the examination centre and cannot be found despite every effort, or it has been accidentally destroyed, please report it immediately by completing a JCQ Form 15. Once complete, please return it to us by creating a new case.
If the candidate is responsible
If the candidate is responsible for the loss of coursework, you can apply on their behalf for a Special Consideration.
